Review relevant experience and availability, align working and commercial arrangements, and coordinate interviews, onboarding and access.

Agree review points and reporting. Keep decisions, emerging issues and changes visible, with a named route for escalation.

Plan knowledge transfer and outstanding actions. Where continuity requires a replacement, coordinate the requirement, availability and transition.
